We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our bridal and ball gown boutique on Saturdays. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with people, and wants to help customers find the perfect dress for special occasions.

You will also help us create fun and engaging social media content for Instagram and TikTok, showcasing new arrivals, styling ideas and behind-the-scenes moments in the boutique.

• Welcoming customers into the boutique and providing a warm, friendly experience

• Assisting customers in selecting wedding dresses and ball gowns

• Supporting customers in fitting rooms and helping them try on dresses

• Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the store

• Processing sales and handling transactions through the POS system

• Managing customer enquiries both in-store and over the phone

• Assisting with visual merchandising and keeping the boutique tidy and organised

• Creating short-form content for Instagram and TikTok, including filming dresses, styling videos and in-store moments

• Helping capture content during appointments, fittings and store events (with customer permission)

• Friendly, confident and approachable personality

• A passion for fashion, styling and special occasion dressing

• Comfortable creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram

• Good eye for trends, visuals and social media content

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work Saturdays reliably

• Strong communication skills

• Retail experience is preferred
